To better serve our customers and reward our most commited, we have revamped our loyalty program. Sign up to the level that reflects your needs and an additional 10% will be added to your account for future spending in the form of Bitchin’ Bucks. Use all of your BBs each month or accumulate them; BBs roll over for up to 12 months.

Billing
We automatically bill your card on the 10th of every month. You can book an appointment anytime and your Bitchin’ Bucks will be automatically applied at check out after your service. Membership does not include gratuity or environmental fees. If your card on file is declined, we will reach out to ask for a new card. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be cancelled and any remaining BBs will be forfeited.
Minimum Commitment
Membership begins with a 3-month commitment. After that, membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time without penalty or charge. As long as your membership is active, BBs that are not used will rollover for you to use at any time.
cancellations
We do not accept cancellations over the phone or verbally. In order to cancel you must email us at info@ninettestudio.com at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Please include your request in the subject line (Ex. Membership Cancel). Please note, once your membership is cancelled, any remaining BBs will be forfeited at the end of that month.
Gifting
Gift all or some of your BBs to a friend or family member twice in a calendar year if you belong to the ‘cause Miami $500 membership level.
Freezing
We know life can get hectic, which is why you are able to freeze your account once per calendar year for up to 3 consecutive months. By freezing your account you re-commit to another 3 month minimum commitment after the freeze is done. All freeze requests must be in writing and emailed to us at info@ninettestudio.com with the subject line including your request (Ex. Membership Freeze) at least 15 days before your next billing cycle. You may use your Bitchin Bucks during a freeze.
Membership Discounts
Discounts cannot be shared and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified otherwise.
