In order to get the most out of your experience, please make sure to prep your hair for the specific service you requested. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking and checking in. We ask that all new guests fill out their client intake form ahead of time online.

Where can I park?

Metered street parking is available as well as limited free spaces in the back of the studio.

can I come accompanied?

For the maximum comfort of all of our guests, we kindly ask you to come alone to your appointment.

Can i get work done during my appointment?

Please limit phone calls and meetings during scheduled services. We ask that you use headphones if needed and refrain from being on speaker.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please notify the studio with more than 24hrs in advance to your scheduled services in order to avoid any cancellation / no-show fees. You may do it online through our booking software or by contacting the studio directly. If outside of our regular working hours, please leave a voicemail or text (786)953-6667.
