At Ninette Hair Studio we strive to respect all of our scheduled appointments, by reserving the appropriate times for our scheduled services.
satisfaction guarantee
We love what we do and we want you to love it too. We always strive to make you happy, making thorough consultations our number one priority. Hair is tricky and nothing that we do is easy, so please be understanding and patient if anything we do doesn’t make you feel FABULOUS.
Please notify the studio within two days of your service if you wish to have any changes in your color or haircut. If you are not satisfied with a color service, we’ll require you return to the studio so your hair can be visually inspected. If something about your haircut needs to be tweaked, we offer complimentary refinements. However, full perimeter length removal is not included in this offer.
With our full satisfaction guarantee, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service at no cost to you, only within 2 weeks of the initial service. We do not issue refunds on services.

"New Talents" stylists are recently trained members of the fabulous Ninette Dream Team under the guidance of our lead stylist and owner, Giannina Montanari. For a limited time, they are offering a 25% discount on their services. Clients opting for "New Talents" services acknowledge that they are being attended to by stylists who are at the early stages of their careers, thus continually enhancing and refining their skill set
guest comfort
To ensure the maximum comfort of all our guests and maintain a serene atmosphere in our salon, we kindly request that clients come to their appointments alone. We also ask that clients limit phone calls during scheduled services to minimize disruptions and create a peaceful environment for everyone.
service recommendation
If, following an in-person consultation, a stylist suggests a different service than the one initially scheduled, with a varying starting price point, believing it would better align with the client's needs or preferences, and the client declines this recommendation and opts not to proceed with the originally scheduled service, a non-refundable fee of 50% of the original scheduled service cost will be applied.
Cancellations & reschedules
In the event that an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled with less than a 24-hours notice, it will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services. Cancellations/reschedules within an hour of the scheduled appointment with be considered a no-show, therefore incur a 100% no-show fee.

In the event that an appointment is no-showed, it will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled services.
late arrivals
Please keep in mind that we maintain a very punctual schedule. We understand that things happen but one late arrival can impact the entire schedule of the service provider. We will call you if we are running behind and ask that you do the same. Please call/text us if you are running late so we can plan accordingly and be on time for all scheduled appointments. We offer a 15 minute grace period before the appointment is marked as a No-Show. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to service you if you arrive late to your appointment and will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service cost.
frequent cancellations
In the event that a client demonstrates a pattern of frequent cancellations, our management reserves the right to implement measures to ensure fair access to our services for all clients.
service decline
Ninette Hair Studio prioritizes the safety and well-being of our staff and clients. We reserve the right to decline service to any client with skin abrasions that may compromise the health of our stylists. Additionally, any behavior deemed disrespectful or creating a stressful environment will result in the refusal of service. The client will incur a non-refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost even if the service hasn’t been completed.
lice infestation
For the protection of our staff and clients, Ninette Hair Studio strictly prohibits service to any client with lice infestation. If lice infestation is discovered during the client's appointment, the service will be immediately terminated. The client will be discreetly informed of the situation and asked to leave the premises. The client will incur a non-refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost to cover the cost of disinfection procedures.
