Billing & Expiration: Your card will be automatically charged on the same date each month. Blow dries must be used before your next billing cycle begins — any unused services expire the day before your renewal date.

Stylist Availability:

• Blow Babe (3-pack) services are available Monday–Friday with Amanda Quiñones only.

• Blow VIP (4-pack) members may book with any stylist, any day of the week, based on availability.

Booking Policy: Blow Bar clients may book up to 2 blow dries in advance at any given time to ensure fair access for all members.

Cancellation Policy:
Blow Bar appointments follow our standard cancellation guidelines. However, instead of a fee:

• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of one blow dry from your package.

• No-shows or cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment also forfeit one blow dry.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not result in any loss.

Free Trial Eligibility: The 30-day free trial is available to new Blow Bar clients only and can be redeemed once per person.

Gratuity & Fees:

• For clients using the 30-day free trial, a 20% gratuity based on the total service value will be automatically applied at checkout.

• For all other packages, gratuity is not included; a 20% tip is suggested.

• Packages do not include environmental or product fees.

Additional Hair Charges:
An additional fee may apply for hair that is extra long, dense, or includes extensions. Please disclose this in the appointment notes at the time of booking so we can allocate the proper time for your service.

Cancellations (Membership Termination): You may cancel your package at any time before your next billing date. To cancel, email info@ninettehairstudio.com with your request in the subject line (e.g., "Blow Bar Membership Cancel").

Discounts & Offers: Package discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.
